The Founder

RISE RECOVERY was created by a sport business student with a simple obsession: the gap between how hard athletes train and how little attention they give to recovery.

Studying the business of sport made one thing clear — the best performers in the world don't just train harder, they recover smarter. Cold water immersion has been used by elite athletes for decades, but the systems available were either too expensive, too industrial, or too generic. RISE was built to change that.
