Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used cold plunge tubs or products that have been filled with water cannot be returned.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

We will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Offer a full refund


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
